About the Trail

The Lollipop begins and ends at Mohican Lodge, making it easy to reward yourself with a cold one at the lodge bar after completing the 14-mile ride. The route pieces together the lodge's trails with the 30.06 Trail, creating a fun mix of MTB singletrack and paved connector roads.

The paved sections deliver some steep climbs, while the mostly root-free singletrack offers moderate climbs, fun descents, and plenty of opportunities to get some air.

Along the way, you'll ride along scenic Pleasant Hill Dam and encounter rollers built for jumping, a few drops, rock features, and fast, flowy descents. The route also takes you past the covered bridge, a great spot to stop, catch your breath, and take in the scenery before tackling the climb up the park road.

From the covered bridge, the paved park road puts your legs to work with a sustained climb before returning you to the trail system and eventually back to the lodge.

With a mix of challenging climbs, technical features, scenic views, and fast descents, the Lollipop packs a little bit of everything into a 14-mile ride.
