About the Trail

This trail starts with rooty singletrack that keeps you on your toes before opening into a fast, flowy mile through a beautiful stand of mature pines. It’s an ideal warm-up before exploring the rest of the trail system, and riders looking for a longer adventure can continue on to complete the full loop.

Along the way, expect a couple of steady climbs and a few switchbacks. When you reach the park road, turn right; the trail picks up again on the left about 20 yards down. Be prepared for a couple of challenging climbs after crossing the road.

About two miles in, look for the Gorge Connector on your left. The connector is not marked, so use the map on this page to guide you. It leads to an overflow parking area; ride through the lot and continue past the Gorge Overlook on your right—a great spot to take a break and enjoy the scenery. From there, follow the park road back toward the Sno-Mo Trailhead. The entrance to the Sno-Mo parking lot will be on your left.
